Subject: Great Cruise
Tom, a wonderful cruise trip. You and Bill made the voyage so very special.
The extras you gave us - the lovely cocktail party to meet your group, the dinners
at your tables, the rehearsal with those beautiful singers, Simone and Gordon, the
island trip with William and the "sail away" on the bridge with the captain.
I will never forget the enjoyment I had sailing with Tom's cruises.
Thank you Tom and Bill.

Thanks Tom, the photos are great. We had a wonderful time on the cruise.
You and Bill made it very special. We loved the extra touches.
The galley tour was fantastic. The wine and food pairing was the best I have ever had.
The back stage tour was interesting and informative.
Thank you, also for the limited edition glass bottle and the chocolates.
Everything was perfect and getting to see old friends and new faces was nice.
It was the first time we had sailed with you and Bill since the Elba River cruise.
You both hadn't changed a bit.
I don't know how you always seem to have a handle on everything.
Thanks for another memorable vacation.

Hi Tom,
"Although the Regent "VOYAGER" is one of the better ships, this trip outshines the ship and it's amenities.
An experience to be remembered, for the enjoyment and laughter -including the fine dining, the mostly exciting
excursions (on that unbelievable one of kind bridge), the Family Church- a Gaudi marvel and miracle, the
smooth and rocky, rough sea, the splendid entertainment and the memorable cocktail and dinner times.
Not only did I receive the most considerate, care, attention and concern from Tom and Bill , but also the camaraderie
of and with the other guests on "Tom's Tour"- considerate, knowledgeably, intelligent and most of all sincere
and friendly individuals.
From the beginning to the end, this was a most satisfying and splendid journey.
THANK YOU ALL.

"Our Story"
By Richard & Nancy Flores
May 30, 2013 (At Sea)
In anticipation of escaping from a fast moving world with a journey into history
We linked precious-days with others in a plan to discover and to create our story
Joining persons with different life styles and a common goal - to relax and explore
Very quickly we sensed an aura of love and compassion - impossible to ignore.
Discovering lands and icons reflecting creativity of those who came before us
Silently acknowledging the importance of showing our appreciation, we must
Possibly we do this through empathy, while at the dinner table we reflect
Each has a wealth of experience to be shared - knowledge tempered with respect.
Each day brings adventures and a growing familiarity with monuments and monarchs
Comfortable with our routine, we are confident to stroll away from where our ship docks
We accept the fact we are visitors to these lands with beliefs deeply rooted in religion
We gain insight into the cause for the rise and fall of world powers from region to region.
Of little concern is the fact that this journey and the feeling it creates will soon end
The energy of empowerment we have given to each other, is abstract, and will not end
It has been a joyful interlude - a memory which will certainly soon fade away
Although brief, we feel young and know we will never again be as free as we are today.

Subject: Baltic Cruise -- 07/29/12-08/08/12
Dear Friends, Tom and Bill,
I just want to say again a big "Thank You" for all you did to make the Baltic cruise such a wonderful experience.
The Regent Seven Seas Voyager is an elegant liner. One could not ask for better accommodations or service,
and the food was outstanding. But what I really appreciated was all the care and attention you gave to this senior
senior-citizen. You two were so kind to accompany me on the walks and assist me on the stairs and just be as thoroughly
charming as you were considerate.
The whole group appreciated how you arranged special dinners for us in the special restaurants on ship, and what wonderful
hosts you were at those dinners. As you know, I had been in most of the ports of call before, some several times,
but this trip was a unique experience. Thank you for making it so pleasurable.
Sincerely,

GUEST EVALUATION:
Question #4.
What was the most enjoyable aspect of the cruise?
Answer:
(1) Beautiful islands and ports of call.
(2) Generous shipboard credit.
(3) Tom Taffel (See other side).
(Other side)
We would also like to add the excellent service and assistance we received from Tom Taffel, our agent for All Cruise Travel.
This is our fourth cruise with Tom. Once again his attention to detail was outstanding.
He made our voyage comfortable and pleasant.
John had recently gotten out of the hospital, with painful kidney stones. Tom arranged for wheel chairs at the airports,
plus an earlier return flight connection from LAX to SFO. He and Bill Repp gave us their more comfortable flight seats
going over, thus making the trip less painful.
On board, we were kept informed with valuable personal helpful tourist and ship information. A special private tour of the
ship was arranged for our group. Wonderful photos to remember the journey have been passed on to us.
We cannot speak too highly of Tom's personal care. We have recommended him and All Cruise Travel to all of our friends
interested in cruising. Next June, 2010, through Tom and All Cruise Travel, we have booked two back-to-back cruises and
on the first segment, we have gotten two friends to join us. We are looking forward to these upcoming Oceania Cruises.
With appreciation, sincerely yours,

Subject: The Elbe Cruise
Hi Tom:
We haven't stopped talking about our recent cruise on the Elbe River.
When asked what the highlight of the trip was, I find myself
responding that it was the people with whom we travelled; Prague,
Dresden and Berlin were certainly memorable, but nothing will compare
with the group of travelers you managed to pull together. They
enriched every moment spent along the way.
I don't know how you managed it all. You took such meticulous care of
every detail, from introducing some of the group to us at the Opera
House before departure, arranging for another small group to meet and
travel together by air, every activity planned, documented, tended to.
Your tireless energy, patience and attention, Wagner's music drifting
over the river as we cruised past that marvelous castle, balmy
evenings spent on the deck engaged in conversations with fascinating
companions, and Bill's hilarious impromptu moments---these are the
memories that will stay with us long after the visions of art
treasures and astounding fortresses fade.
And then when we arrived home, all those stunning photographs arriving
on our computer screen, to share with our friends and family. What a
treasure you are! Now all that's left is to lose 8 pounds gained
sitting around those dining room tables.
Love,
Marilyn and Nelson

Dear Mr. Conroy:
Please accept this letter of appreciation for your gracious hospitality during our RSSC Baltic Cruise on the m/s Voyager, August 18-25.
I had the pleasure of sailing with Tom Taffel and Bill Repp of Tom's Group Cruises, and we were informed you were responsible for our
August 23 cocktail reception as we departed St. Petersburg. Thank you so much!
Through Tom and Bill, we were introduced to Gillett Brescia prior to sailing, whose advice and insights to our Baltic adventure were invaluable.
Gillette is a wonderful ambassador for Regent. And upon boarding, Philippe Periou, John Curran, Roger Condon and Brian O'Brien joined us
for our sail-away cocktail party, which Gillett had arranged. I brought along Christine Brown, the guest chef, whom I had just met during lifeboat drill.
It was a very festive beginning, indeed!
Further, I had the good fortune to participate in the Circle of Interest program with art historian Vadim Palchun. Our personalized tour of The
Hermitage was intense, but very fulfilling. Mr. Palchun was knowledgeable, informative and dedicated to ensure that our group had a most enriching
exposure to Russia's art treasures. And each of my elected shore excursions was most satisfactory as well, especially the opera and ballet performances.
And just a staff note during our second evening in St. Petersburg, the port area was emitting acrid smoke which was picked up by the vessel's ventilation
system. A 4:00AM call to Reception resulted in my being escorted by Housekeeping to an unoccupied cabin. What an incredible level of service and
concern for passenger comfort!
And in the spirit of small world, two evenings ago I attended a party here in San Francisco and met Nitin Mehta, your former colleague with Royal Viking
Lines. I shared with Nitin my wonderful impressions of the Voyager cruise.
Looking ahead, I will be sailing again with Tom and Bill on the m/s Paul Gauguin next summer, on what may be its final season in the South Pacific.
From reports of clients who have repeated this trip with Tom and Bill, it is one not to be missed. The perfect combination. Tom's Group Cruises
and Regent Seven Seas!

Tom,
We just wanted to take a minute and thank you one more time for booking our cruise. This was our first cruise together and
the bar has been set pretty high. After our week in Tahiti with you and the group you booked, we cannot wait to cruise again.
We met a lot of great people and made a few new friends. The sites in Tahiti were beautiful and the service on the M/S Paul Gauguin
was beyond expectations. These two things could have made it very easy for you to book the cruise and let the group go, however you did not.
You went above and beyond to make sure that everyone that you booked had the best cruise possible. From reserving the best tables for dinner,
the complimentary tours, the "on ship credit" to just your overall caring....Exceptional.
It should also be stated that we have never met a warmer person than Bill Repp. He is the kindest man we have ever met and we truly
value our friendship with both of you.
After a week with you guys, the question is not "if" we will cruise with you again? It is "when" will we cruise with you again.
We look forward to the future.

I hope you'll share my comments with the Hotel Director and Tom. Regent is fortunate to have such a fine young person in it's affiliation.
Sincerely,

Tom,
I apologize that I have not been able to make time to write you a personal note to thank you for leading our Tahitian adventure.
Thanks in particular for the gift of the Michael Shapiro CD, for hooking me up with a roommate and for the complimentary museum
tour on Papeete which I enjoyed. I hope that all of your travels are going well and that life is good.
Hope all is well with
you and Bill.
Safe travels, and thanks for including me on the Paul Gaugin trip. Thanks also for forwarding the note from Karen.
It was great to get the photo and I
hope to stay in touch.
Sincerely,
Nancy

Dear Tom,
Thanks for hosting such a great trip to Alaska. Your attention to detail combined with a sense of adventure and humor
make you a superb host. Give the Dancing Bill my best--it was a pleasure to do a few turns on the dance floor with him!

"Crystal Harmony" Appreciation
Dear Tom and Bill,
Just a few quick lines of thanks and appreciation for our recent Crystal Cruise. You guys made it a wonderful experience,
with your individual help and informative tidbits. Thanks for your care and support. We know it was made a more
"heartfelt remembrance" because of both of you. It is great to travel with those who care and treat you "extra special."
Thank you so much for an enjoyable, unforgettable, journey!
Richard and John

Taff & Bill,
Well, I never had such a good time in all my life!
You both ensured that my first cruise is one I'll never forget. Your attention to details and genuine personal concern for the comfort
and happiness of each of your guests are unparalleled.
Kudos go to the Crystal Cruise Line and the staff aboard the "Crystal Harmony." But, the activities you planned and hosted for your
group made each of us feel even more special.
I have truly enjoyed myself and I thank you wholeheartedly for your gracious help in ensuring this trip exceeded my expectations.
I hope to have the opportunity to cruise with you in the future. Until then, Happy "Sails" To You... and thanks again.
Sincerely,
Theresa

Dear Tom
A brief and inadequate note to thank you for all the work, time, love and effort you once again put into other people,
having a great holiday. It was a really relaxing and wonderful cruise, albeit the weather got the better of us for a
couple of days. Everything else was as you promised.
We can't wait to get the photos back today and relive all the great
times.
We hope you have a truly wonderful trip to Europe next week and come back refreshed.
Love
Kevin and Bud

Tom and Bill,
We both wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful cruise and getting a chance to spend some time with you.
We met many wonderful people and had some great conversations. We definitely want to plan another trip
to central Europe in the not too distant future, to see more of Vienna and Budapest, and add Prague to the itinerary.
Jon is anxious to get copies of the pictures you took on the cruise. Not sure if we can get them from your website,
but we will check it out.
Roy & Jon

Dear Tom and Bill - Just want to thank you both for the way you guys shared your time with the whole group of people
on the Danube cruise. You gave a great deal, and Tom and I really appreciate all you did for us and the lovely people
we were fortunate to have met on the cruise.
The pictures of the group you just sent are wonderful as well as the locations we journeyed to on the Danube.
Please give us an update and pricing for the m/s Mariner Alaska cruise next Aug/06 at your convenience.
Many, many thanks once again.
Love,
Tom and Bob

Thank you both!
Tom and Bill, what a nice party yesterday, thank you both for organizing, staging and running it!
It was fun to see Doug and Angelo's house and to meet some of the other ship mates.
You are both superb hosts, and I hope you had a chance to put your feet up and have a drink at the end of the day.
Tom, I realized after looking through my documents last night that you have everything under control and all my
questions were answered. You are too good! You have covered everything - I think I will love traveling with you.
Thank you for being so thorough. I am very relaxed about heading off on my own to a country where I do not speak their language.
Plus, I know from past dealings with German travel, if it is not right, there is little flexibility in making changes. I am so glad it looks perfect.
See you in Munich!
Mary

Dear Sarah and Tom,
Thank you for all that both of you did in helping us to plan our cruise on Oceania. The ship is beautiful, the food excellent
and the staff outstanding. The weather was great except for a storm of biblical proportions in Sorrento (it passed and we
were able to tour Pompeii) and very high winds in Marseilles.
Barcelona is a fascinating city, as I know you are both aware. Other favorites of mine were Portofino and Palma.
All in all, a harmonious trip. Again, thanks for your excellent, professional and cheerful help.

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had on the cruise. The ship was amazing! Food and service staff....exceptional!!!
We had a great group of people on board as well.
Apparently they are almost booked completely for the next year!!! But look forward to sailing with Oceania again.
Thanks for all your help.

Tom,
Andy, Tanya and I had a wonderful time on our cruise. Thank you for helping to make it a pleasant
experience. Thank you also for the photos. They are great.
We ate out tonight at one of our favorite restaurants and the service didn't quite measure up to that on board.
Cheers,
Marjorie

Subject: m/s "Regatta" Maiden Call Celebration ~ Thank You
January 30, 2004
Dear Tom & Bill,
Thank you for your generous note. I checked out your photos and you have some very nice ones
of our ship and you certainly got the most out of Oceania management.
We've been waiting along time to finally get Regatta to the west coast. We thought she'd be well received
by the discerning west coast market.
Your comments confirm that the direction we've taken for the line is the right one.
All the best,
Joe

Subject: m/s "Regatta" Maiden Call Celebration ~ Thank You
Dear Joe and Frank,
The "Regatta" celebration was a wonderful first-hand revelation of your many new and exciting innovations:
~ Deck #5, Promenade Deck - special floor surface as well as the jogging track surface are exceptional and noteworthy.
~ The menu and dessert menu gold tassels as well as your innovative table cloth/lamp combinations made dining an added delight.
~ Our waiter gave us service surpassing that of Crystal, Radisson and Silversea.
~ The spa was first class.
~ Your choices in draperies and appointments throughout the ship are nonpareil.
~ The most exceptional new innovation was your ten-piece orchestra. The strings were such a welcome sight (and sound).
What a great touch, especially their performance in the dining room.
Thanks for creating such a unique, quality product.
Sincerely,
Tom Taffel, Group Manager

Dear Sarah & Taff,
Again, our thanks to you and Taff for doing absolutely everything that was needed to accommodate our needs and fulfill our wishes.
Our weeklong luxury cruise aboard Radisson's m/s "Paul Gauguin" provided everything that we could have dreamed of to create a
fabulous second honeymoon and De's first real vacation in too many years. (Yes, you may quote us.)
De and I would be delighted to sail again with you and Tom, (and Bernie, too, we hope) on a Radisson, Silversea or Holland America ship,
and we wouldn't dream of booking through any agency except Tom's Group Cruises.
Once more, our deep appreciation for a wonderful cruise.
With fondest regards,
Barbara
