White Rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum). This massive herbivore, with its long head, (carried low) and broad lips – ideal for grazing on grass are best seen in Kruger National Park. Although called “white” it’s the same color as the smaller “black” rhino. They have poor eyesight and are most active during the day.
A group of rhinoceros is called: Crash, or a stubbornness of rhinoceros.
